Shipping
We know the utmost discretion is important to you so all packages are shipped in plain brown envelopes. We do put our return address including the company name but this can be removed upon request. Since most all packages are shipped internationally we are required to place a customs label. For the US this label will read "Festive Item" which is the duty free customs category and usually a halloween product which makes absolute sure there are not duties. If this description is a problem for you be sure to contact us so we can change it to your wishes. For all other countries we are required to describe the product which will usually be a halloween mask. If this is a problem please drop us a note so we can change it for you. We also generally will try to set the value below $25 dollars which will eliminate most call for customs duties.
Post
Most packages are shipped via international registered mail. This will come with a tracking number we will send to you after processing your order. For packages shipped from Thailand where are studios are located on the Beautiful Island of Phuket, you can view the tracking here. This will generally show our shipment from thailand into your country and at that point it is up to your post office and its web site to give you further tracking. You can expect 12 days for shipping by this method. When you open an account with us your tracking info will also be place within the account purchase in your account.
EMS
All our items can be shipped by EMS which affords faster delivery times, 5-7 days to most all countries and locations world wide but also better faster more accurate tracking. You will find the EMS delivery option in a drop down box on all of our items. EMS will track on your local post's web site.
FedEx
All our items can also be delivered via FedEx for 2-3 day delivery to most countries. With all express delivery keep in mind the customers clearance is in control of times so if it gets hung up on the boarder there is nothing anyone can do. Since they have brought us the Terrorist world this is out of control in general, pay more get less.
