MakupArtist Now has live Customer Service on your favorite chat engines. These include Yahoo, Microsoft Messenger, Skype and VoipBuster. Customer service is open form 9 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon Thailand time. If you wish to see how your time compares please take a look at the World Clock to tell what our time is. There should be someone on line for you between the ours of 9-5 Thailand time Monday through Saturday. If you do send a message on any of these services keep in mind a record is not kept so always best to put important information on an email to us. If you send an email send read receipts with it so you know we get your message. Be sure when you contact customer service you always have your order information available for the agent to speed them on the way. If you send a message and no one is in the office it will be kept in a cue and respond to as soon as we come in.
